The online enrollment form collects the necessary contact information (your name, address, and a valid telephone number and email address) to fulfill this requirement, and to generate and maintain your account.
Required information is that data that Ryvenco needs to create your Ryvenco account in order to fulfill our service commitment to you, and to properly register you at new home communities when you request a Cash-Bonus Receipt.
