Take Rt. 40 to left for Bears Head Road ("Avenue of the Pines" at South Shore Chevrolet) in Mays Landing. Bears Head Road becomes Mays Landing Road.
Follow about 10 miles. (At split in road stay left toward Millville).
Turn right on Union or Panther Roads, left on Hance Bridge and right on Palermo. Landis Pointe is on the right.

Take Mays Landing Road to right on Sherman Avenue (signs for hospital), right on Lincoln and right on Palermo.


From Cape May County

Take Rt. 50 West into Tuckahoe, turn left at Rt. 49 and take into Millville.
Pass Rt. 55 - Go to Wade Boulevard (Eckerd's Drugs) and turn right.
Turn right at Broad Street, and take first left (Hance Bridge Road).
Go approximately 3 miles to left on Palermo. Landis Pointe on left.

From Gloucester County
Take Route 55 South to Exit # 26 and bear left.
Take first street on right, Lincoln Avenue (at Heritage Dairy store).
Go approximately 3 miles to right on Palermo and pass Anthony Rossi School. Landis Pointe on right.

From Ocean County & North Jersey Shore
Parkway South to Exit 25 and turn right.
Cross Route 9 and stay on Tuckahoe Road to end.
Turn right onto Route 50 and follow Cape May Co. directions above.

From Northern New Jersey Turnpike
Take Turnpike South to Exit 4. Take 295 South to Rt. 42 South. Take exit for Rt. 55 S. (Vineland) and get off at Exit 26, bear left.
Take first street on right – Lincoln Avenue (at Heritage Dairy Store) for approximately 3 miles, to right on Palermo Avenue.
Landis Pointe is just past the Rossi School on the right.

From Philadelphia
Take the Ben Franklin or Walt Whitman Bridge to Route 42 South (toward Atlantic City) to Route 55 South (toward Vineland) and follow directions above.
