From the NJ Turnpike North:
Take Exit 14C toward Holland Tunnel (NYC). Merge on to I-78 East. Proceed 7 6/10 miles and turn left at traffic light onto Jersey Avenue (immediately before Holland Tunnel). Proceed 3 blocks (through 2 traffic lights) and bear right under overpass onto Newark Avenue. Travel 13 blocks (approx. 6/10 miles) and turn left onto Washington Street. Continue on Washington Street for 1.5 blocks to the City Living sales center on your right at 93 Washington Street (between 1st and Newark Street).

From the George Washington Bridge:
Follow signs to the NJ Turnpike South (I-95 South) to Exit 16W (Sports Complex & Giant Stadium). Off the exit, follow signs to Route 3 East (Lincoln Tunnel) and exit before the Tunnel at the "Last Exit In New Jersey, Weehawken, Hoboken" exit. Turn right at the second traffic light onto Park Avenue (stay in left lane). Follow signs to Hoboken. At intersection of Park Avenue and 14th Street, make a left onto 14th Street. Proceed 3 blocks and turn right onto Washington Street. Continue traveling south on Washington Street for 15 blocks to the City Living sales center on your left at 93 Washington Street (between 1st and Newark Street).
