Just 4 easy steps to get thousands of dollars

1. Search for a New Home with our dynamic search engines to isolate those communities that meet your desires and demands.

2. Once you have decided which community or communities you wish to visit just click on the Schedule a Visit (located on the top right of the community page) for each community you plan to visit. Be sure to indicate the date you plan to visit the community (Because of the volume of responses and logistics please allow a 48 hour lag time for a representative to meet you at a community).

3. An authorized Ryvenco representative or affiliate will meet you at the community (on the date and time mutually agreed upon) present you with a validated Bonus Receipt, answer any questions you may have and register you in accordance with the builder's policy.

This offer is void if you have previously contacted this community or are accompanied to the community by another real estate or referral agent at time of first visit.

4. Once, and should, you decide to purchase a new home at any selected community in which you have been registered, simply click on the Claim Your Bonus in your account area to inform us which community you have selected and we do the rest. It's all just that easy.

NOTE: Meeting with a representative and registering at a community does not, in any way, obligate you to purchase any product or service at any time. These are the terms and conditions must abide by in accordance with the builders policies.

Buyer will receive a bonus of up to 1% of base price of the home as credit to buyer at closing. This bonus, is based on, and subject to, the builder paying to and Ryvenco receiving a fee equal to 3 % of the base price of the home purchased.

However, if in the event, receives a fee less then 3 percent of the base price of the home, the bonus will be equal to 1/3 of the total amount of the fee paid to and received by Ryvenco from the builder.

All bonus payments will be paid at time of settlement and will be shown as a credit to buyer on the HUD 1 document.
