Do I need to be introduced by the representative?

Yes. It is a requirement of the Builder that a Representative registers you on your first visit to the community.

When do I receive my bonus?

Your bonus will be credited to you at closing. This bonus will be in the form of a credit toward closing cost or check from closing agent.

Will I be contacted to set a time to meet with a Representative at my chosen community or communities?

Yes, a Representative will contact you by either email or by phone to set a time most convenient to meet you at the community of your choice. A representative will meet you at the community (on the date and time mutually agreed upon), present you with a validated Bonus Receipt, answer any questions you may have and register you in accordance with the builder's policy. The whole process takes less than a few minutes.

Why are there some communities that do not display a bonus amount on the community detail?

There are some builders or communities that do not participate in paying a referring fee to agents and some pay lesser amounts than others. It is for this reason that the bonus amount varies with different communities. If there is no fee paid to there can be nothing to offer as a bonus. It is, however, our objective and mission to provide the most complete and comprehensive picture of the current new home market as possible. Therefore, we endeavor to show all communities so that you can have all the facts in order to make the best choice.

Why is the community phone number not displayed?

In accordance with the builder’s policy and requirements your first contact with the community, either by phone or visit, must be via Should you first contact the community without or it's affiliated broker this could jeopardize the bonus program.
