Steve Fisher the Principal and Owner of “Spring Mountain Home Builders” has combined his energy, talents and pursuit of perfection for 30 years. It has resulted in him being able to establish a company capable of Creating Homes and Communities of Unparalleled Design, Quality, and Value. At the same time Steve was completing studies in Architecture and Interior Design he was also a Study in Framing and Finish Carpentry establishing the foundation for understanding the entire building process. He worked as a key executive responsible for creating, developing, implementing and overseeing policy and procedures that were adopted by one of the Top 100 Builders in the U.S. for Thirteen Years. In 1989 Steve organized Spring Mountain Construction Management. This company was developed to afford the opportunity for companies that were only land acquisition specialists, to realize their full income potential by being able to install the improvements on the land including any and all infrastructure, roads, utilities, landscaping and finally to design build and market the homes themselves. In 1994 Steve decided to implement all that he had learned, all he knew to be true, and opened the doors to “Spring Mountain Home Builders.”
