Genco Homes

Started in May of 2002, Genco Homes was established when Kevin Gentile left his high-level job with a prominent national home builder and hooked up with the McGreevys, longtime friends and work associates. "I had offers from other companies, but most of my friends were encouraging me to branch out on my own," he said. "So we decided to form Genco Homes and capitalize on Dan's expertise as a land broker and Mark's financing expertise and my experience with construction, sales and marketing."

The first development Genco Homes built, Weymouth Woods, was in Newfield, Franklin Township a subdivision with 23 one-acre lots featuring semi-custom homes, which quickly sold out. As a result of Weymouth Wood's success, Genco embarked on Edgewood Estates, Gracie's Way and Ellis Mill Estates
